T2 is a Norfolk-wide service for young people (19 or under) who want support and information about drugs and alcohol and related issues.

We have friendly, qualified Youth Workers and Counsellors based across Norfolk so that you can access help wherever you live in the county.

Tē workers will listen to you. We can help you decide what to do about problems and support you to make changes if you wish. We will offer advice and information rather than tell you what to do. You do not have to have a drug problem to use the Tē service, we can answer questions about drugs or alcohol, or help with concerns you may have about friends or family members. |

If you need treatment for substance misuse, we can put you intouch with other services such as IMPACT.
