"The Matthew Project has really helped me to settle in Norwich, make friends, have a purpose, given me hope and helped me to build my new life in recovery. It improved my confidence, self-esteem and helped me understand my addiction. NLP helped me to not look back and use my past to help me in the future.  

The vibe and energy in this place is so positive and inspiring. We are all so lucky to have had this opportunity, I feel I have been blessed. I have been able to build amazing relationships and connections with likeminded people whose goals are the same. It is a magical place that has encouraged me to better myself. I feel better in myself and I’m enjoying my life for the first time in twenty years completely clean of alcohol and drugs.  

The Matthew Project is like having a sort of family. I feel I belong and can achieve what I want to with the help here."
