"It has been a real bonus to know that when any of our clients are ready to end their service journey with us (CGL), that there is crucial support available to them as they readapt to life without substances. I have seen first-hand the amazing benefits that can come from Next Steps support in improved quality of life, increase in self-confidence and new skills developed through volunteering at the recovery hub.  

I have referred and signposted many clients and I have always found the process easy and fast. On one occasion, I called the Matthew Project, and they were very happy to start the referral process there and then by having an informal chat with the client. At CGL assessment, I have identified clients who have recently met their goals and become substance-free and whom I could signpost to the Next Steps project, and it was as easy as emailing a link to the online referral page."
