"I was signposted to ‘Outside the Wire’ by the NHS Ambulance Service after they attended me when I suffered an extreme mental breakdown linked to PTSD and which happened during the lock-down period.  

Justin (Outside the Wire) made contact with me and since being rehomed, as I was homeless, I received weekly calls to check in on my welfare and provide me valuable support. I find the phone calls very helpful and I would recommend any ex-servicemen struggling or in difficulty to contact Outside the Wire in the first instance.  

I now attend the Norwich Veterans Drop-in-Café, which is a great place to meet servicemen from all 3 branches of the Forces, it is a place where you have a laugh and joke and you can talk to people that know and understand the struggles you have been through whilst serving in the Military. "
