On Friday, 31st January, The Matthew Project proudly hosted the first in a series of events for Community Partners at our award-winning HQ in Norwich. The morning provided a fantastic opportunity for guests to connect with like-minded professionals, enjoy a delicious breakfast, and engage in an insightful keynote session led by Graham Parfitt (Recovery Service Manager) and Luke Adcock (Unity/You Can Service Manager). Their discussion explored the impact of drugs and alcohol on individuals, touching on key areas such as relationships, housing, finance, and the workplace.
We were delighted to welcome over 20 local businesses, and the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive.
Victoria from Victoria Howell’s Menopause Services shared her thoughts on the event: "Everything was brilliant! I attended to learn more about The Matthew Project’s role in the community, and I gained so much insight from Graham and Luke’s presentation. The staff were absolutely AMAZING—so welcoming. And having great food was a bonus!"
