Are you looking for a role where you can truly make a difference? Join our mission as the Fundraising & Events Officer.
The Matthew Project is a value driven charity empowering young people and adults to overcome drugs, alcohol, and mental health issues so they can live their lives more fully. In addition, we offer specialist services for both family members impacted by others’ substance misuse and for veterans.
This is an exciting time for our organisation as we expand some of our vital services across Norfolk and Suffolk. Our Income Generation Team plays a crucial role in securing the funding that makes this life-changing work possible, and we’re looking for a passionate, driven individual to join us.
If you have at least one year’s experience in fundraising, marketing, or sales, and you’re eager to develop your career in fundraising, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. We’re looking for a self-starter who is enthusiastic, proactive, and thrives in a team environment. You’ll have the confidence to engage with supporters, take initiative, and help drive our fundraising efforts forward.
The role will require the successful candidate to undertake a DBS check prior to starting employment.
Our office is in Norwich, and we offer the flexibility of some home working. You will be expected to be in the office at least 2 days per week and there will be occasional evening and weekend work.
